Investing in massage is an investment in your health. 

I perform Integrated Therapeutic Massage, which is a combination of styles and techniques that includes but is not limited to, Cranial-Sacral, Myofascial Release, Strain and Counterstrain and Energy Therapies. 

Treatment sessions are booked for 1 hour. Sessions include both hands on techniques and education and instruction to help lessen the re-creation of the issue.

Fee is $65.00 per treatment.
